Deloris Mae Weist

Deloris Mae (Coons) Weist, 85, of Greenville, Ohio, went to be with the Lord, Wednesday, February 12, 2020, at Greenville Health and Rehab Center.

She was born on April 8,1934, Brock, Ohio, to the late Albert and Devetta (Derr) Coons.

In addition to her parents, Deloris was preceded in death by her son, Mark Weist; her daughter-in-law Julie Weist; her sister, Darlene Haber; and her brother-in-law, Charles Haber.

Deloris better known as "Dee" to friends and was known for "Dee Card Readings" for many years. She worked in the health care field as a Nurses Aid. She will be greeted in heaven by those who have gone ahead, and missed by those left behind.

Deloris is survived by her children, Nancy A. Weist of Greenville, Ohio, Steven (Annette) Weist of Goldfield, Iowa; five granddaughters; two grandsons; five great granddaughters; seven great grandsons; her brother Ed (Kay) Coons of Versailles, Ohio; four nieces and three nephews.

A celebration of Deloris's life will take place at 3:00 PM on Monday, February 17, 2020, at Tribute Funeral Homes, Greenville Campus, with Pastor Tony Price officiating. Burial will take place in Brock Cemetery at a later date.

Friends and family may visit on Monday from 1:00 PM until the time of the service at 3:00 PM at the funeral home.

In the lieu of flowers, the family requests the memorial contributions be given to the American Heart Association, 1313 W. Dorothy Lane, Kettering, OH 45409.
