Eugene F. Maher

Eugene F. Maher, 97, of 750 Chestnut St., Greenville passed away at 3:53 a.m. Monday August 20. He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Rose Maher; 2 sons, Eugene Maher, Jr. of McConnelsville, OH and Michael and wife Nancy of Greenville. Grandchildren, Dr. M. Robb and wife Dr. Dr. Jennifer Stevens-Maher and son Gunner of Greenville, Lisa Maher of Greenville, Eugene Maher, III and wife Amy of Greenville, Rose Ann and husband Jammie Ingram and son Alex of Alabama. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family at the Oliver-Floyd Funeral Home in Greenville with the Rev. Fr. John White officiating. Burial will follow in the St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery in Greenville. There will be no public visitation. The family requests that memorial contributions be given to St. Mary's Church.
