Gary Lee Gebers

Gary Lee Gebers, 64, of Eldorado, Ohio, passed away on Monday, April 5, 2021, at The James Cancer Center in Columbus, Ohio.

Gary was born on November 16, 1956, in Defiance, Ohio, to the late Paul W. and Edna Mae (Wells) Gebers.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers: Paul J., George F., and Ronald E. Gebers.

Gary is survived by his wife, Michelle, whom he married on May 20, 2005; his children, Leah Gebers of Dayton, Ohio, Gabriel (Tara) Gebers of Greenville, Ohio, Brandy (Terry) Daily of Vernal, Utah, Danielle (Chris Hughes) Johnson of Vernal, and Joshua Pottenger of Greenville, Ohio; his grandchildren, Aidan, Lillian, Annalee, Harper, Alayna, Richard, Cloee, Jaxon, and Mason; his sister, Mary (Jim) Buckley of Eldorado; and his nephew, Jason Buckley and three sons, Jordan, Jared and Jake, all of Eldorado.

Gary was a 1975 graduate of Eaton High School and served his country in the United States Air Force. Gary was a volunteer fire fighter for the Village of Eldorado. His passion was driving semi and riding his Harley. He was an amazing truck driver for 46 years, working most recently for Select 1 Group. For the last seven years he was able to team drive with his wife Michelle. He absolutely loved his family, and he was very close to his grandchildren.

Gary's family will receive guests on Wednesday, April 14, 2021 from 4:00 - 7:00 at Tribute Funeral Homes, Greenville campus.

A celebration of Gary's life will be held at 4:00 PM on Saturday, April 17, 2021 at 3875 State Route 502, J & J Enterprises, Greenville Ohio.
