Katherine A. Wilson

Katherine A. Wilson, 72,  of Greenville, passed away early Friday morning, October 28, 2011 at her residence. She was born March 2, 1939 in Tacoma Washington, the  daughter, of the late Brian and Angie (Smith) Topping. In addtion to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, James T. Wilson. Katherine had worked as a nurse's aid at Heartland of Greenville for over 20 years. Katherine is survived by her daughter, Tammany Wilson of Greenville; a foster daughter, Cheryl Huston of Greenville; 4 grandchildren; and 1 great grandson. Private services will be held later. There will be no public visitation.  The family requests that memorial contributions be given to the State of the Heart Hospice. Arrangements have been entrusted with the Oliver-Floyd Funeral Home in Greenville.
