Lola Irene Conrad

Lola Irene Conrad, 78, of Ansonia, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, October 21, 2021, at her home surrounded by her family.

She was born on May 14, 1943, in Dayton, Ohio, to the late Basil and Jeanette (Goins) Fourman.

In addition to her parents Lola was preceded by her husband, Duane E. Conrad, whom she married on June 24, 1978; and her son-in-law, Michael Rowe.

Lola had simple tastes and simple hobbies. She loved to read and crochet. She worked for 30 years for the United General Council of Ministries (GCOM). She loved to travel and had been all over the world. She loved her family and was an amazing grandmother. She would do anything for her grandkids. Lola lived a wonderful and blessed life and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Lola is survived by her children, Rick (Mary) Arnett of Eaton, Ohio, and Janie Rowe of Phillipsburg, Ohio; her grandchildren, Erica (Ross) Childers of West Alexandria, Ohio, Jeff Arnett of Wadsworth, Ohio, Amber Myers of Gettysburg, Ohio, Devon (Shantel) Gilbert of Arcanum, Ohio, Seth Rowe of Phillipsburg, Ohio, and Heather (Bart) Lainhart of Camden, Ohio; her 11 great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

A celebration of Lola's life will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, October 27, 2021, at Tribute Funeral Homes, Greenville Campus, with Pastor Doug Baker officiating. Burial will follow in Teegarden Cemetery near Ansonia.

Lola's family will be receiving guests on Wednesday, from 1:00 PM until the time of the service at 2:00PM at the funeral home.
