Martin "Marty" L. Mcclure

Martin “Marty” L. McClure, 74, of Greenville, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, July 16, 2022, at the EverHeart Hospice Care Center in Greenville.
He was born on January 18, 1948, in Charleston, West Virginia, to the late Roy Sr. and Ada (Turner) McClure.
Marty loved life, loved to eat, and loved to have fun. He had an amazing sense of humor. He was caring, compassionate, funny, and forgiving. He always thought of others and never met a stranger. He had more friends that can be counted. If you were blessed enough to have known Marty, I’m sure you know he was one-of-a-kind. Goodbye Marty. You are loved dearly and will be missed greatly.
Marty is survived by his best friend and life partner, Jack E. Hicks of Greenville; his son, Martin Lee McClure, Jr. of Charleston; his grandchildren, Vanessa, and Kendall; his foster mother, Trenna J. Hicks of Greenville; his brother, Roy McClure of Naples, Florida; and countless friends.
A graveside service will be held at 1:30 PM on Saturday, August 6, 2022, at Oak Grove Cemetery in Fort Jefferson, Ohio.
