Mary Jane Brandon

Mary Jane Brandon, 84, of Greenville,Ohio passed away Monday afternoon,June 3, 2013 at her residence.

She was born June 6, 1928 in Greenville, OH daughter of the late Thomas R. Sr. and Ruby E. (Shumaker) Hunt.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Anthony Brandon on February 21, 2001; sisters, Joan Boyd, Martha L. Hunt, Mary Jane Hunt ; brothers, Henry, Eugene, James, and Thomas Hunt,Jr.

Jane was a loving mother and grandmother and an avid bowler. A member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and the St. Mary's Rosary Altar Society.

She is survived by her children, Robert (Kathy) Brandon, Michael (Wanda) Brandon, Beckie (Dick) Shumaker, Kitty (Frank) Mogle all of Greenville, Marty (Jim) Beaver of Marion, OH; grandchildren, Tracy (Jeff) Jarvis,Sean (April) Shumaker, Jody (Toby) Henderson, Tiffany (Bill) Slade, Jennifer Weyant, Ashley Mogle, Nicole Brandon, Sarah Brandon, Molly Levings, Emily Beaver, Brandon (Jena) Beaver; great grandchildren, Joshua and Jenna Javis, Dylan and Ethan Shumaker, Addison, Avery and Ansley Henderson, Blake Weyant, Logan Levings, Mackenzie and Alexis Slade; brother, David (Pat) Hunt; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10:30 a.m., Thursday, June 6, 2013 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Greenville, OH with Fr. John White celebrating. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Wednesday from 5 to 7 p.m. at Oliver-Floyd Funeral Home in Greenville, OH. The family request that memorial contributions be given to State of the Heart Hospice.
