Richard N. Deal Jr., 42, of Union City, Ohio passed away on March 8, 2011 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Dayton. Richard was born on October 25, 1968 to Richard and Joann Deal Sr. of Union City, Ohio. Richard worked as a welder during his life. In addition to his parents, Richard in survived by two brothers, Vincent and Keith Deal. A private service will be held at the convenience of the family.
