Debra "Debbie" Louk

Debra "Debbie" Joann Louk, age 70, of Gordon, Ohio, passed away on Monday, February 10, 2025 at her home surrounded by her family. 

She was born on December 10, 1954 in Balboa in Panama Canal to the late David and Joann (Wilson) Adams. 

In addition to her parents, Debbie is preceded in death by her brother, Jeff Adams.

Debbie will be loved and missed by her daughters, Jamie Parsons and Angela Gauvey (Scott); son, Ethan Louk (Tonya); grandchildren, Christian (Ginger), Cole (Alex), Crocket, Mia, Rayden, Lilly, and Lyla; great granddaughter, Ivy; and her beloved dog, Wilbur. 

Debbie graduated from Belmont High School and went onto nursing school where she received her LPN. She worked for 25 years at a few local nursing homes and hospice. Debbie belonged to the United Methodist Church in Greenville. She was the PTA president, soccer coach, and softball coach for her daughters. Debbie enjoyed puzzles, computer games, wiring, knitting, painting, and any craft she could get her hands on. If something was broke, she would find a way to fix it being that she was very independent. She had such a kind heart for people and animals, you would never catch her saying something bad about another person. Debbie was always up for an adventure and a good time, you never knew where you would end up when traveling with her, especially if she had a full tank of gas in the car. 

She will be extremely missed by her family and those close to her. Debbie was her families go to person. She will be remembered for her knowledge in all things, caring personality, helping hand, and free spirit. 

A memorial service will be held at 5:00 PM on Saturday, February 22, 2025 at Tribute Funeral Homes, Greenville Campus.

A visitation will be held prior to the service from 4:00-5:00 PM on Saturday at the funeral home. 

Memorial contributions may be made to Tribute Funeral Homes to help offset funeral expenses for Debbie.
