Diana R. Condon

Diana Renee (Cox) Condon, 58, of Greenville, Ohio passed away on Thursday, July 30, 2020, at Rest Haven Nursing Home in Greenville.

She was born in Winchester, Indiana on December 10, 1961, to the late Reuben and Shirley (Rowden) Cox.

In addition to her parents, Diana was preceded in death by husband, David Condon, who passed away in December 2019, and her son, Jeremy Phenis.

Dianna is survived by her daughter, Kristina (Andy) Burk, of Richmond, Indiana; her grandchildren, Caden and Drennen Phenis and Aidan, Isabella, and Josiah Burk; her siblings, Debbie (Jeff) Anthony of Greenville, and Becky Thompson of Richmond; her step-mother, Judy Cox of Richmond; her niece, Ami Anthony; her nephews, Shaun Anthony and Tim (Brooke) Thompson; and her great niece, Charolette Thompson.

The family has entrusted Tribute Funeral Homes, Greenville Campus with the final arrangements.

A celebration of life, planned by the family, will take place at a later date.
