Elsie Davis, 93, of Union City, OH, passed away Sunday afternoon, November 29, 2009 at the Center of Hope in Union City. A memorial service will be held Monday, December 7, at 6 p.m. at the Come As You Are Fellowship, 423 E. Main St., Union City, OH, with Pastor Darby Livingston officiating. Arrangements have been entrusted with the Oliver-Floyd Funeral Home in Greenville, OH.
