Kasyn W. Hollinger

Kasyn W. Hollinger, age 19, of New Madison, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, June 28, 2026, at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton.

He was born on April 25, 2007, in Greenville, Ohio, to Adam and Kami (Schlechty) Hollinger of New Madison.

In addition to his parents, Kasyn is survived by his brother, Jayden Hollinger; his grandparents, Bob and Monyca Schlechty and Nick and Joanie Hollinger all of New Madison; his great grandmother, Jean Fourman of Greenville; his aunts and uncles, Christy and Eric Sarver of New Madison, Josh and Amy Schlechty of North Carolina, Kara and Zac Graham of New Madison, and Brent and Jennifer Hollinger of New Madison; and his cousins, Kayla (Josh) Fisherback, Colton (Carly) Linkous, Layne Sarver, Cameron Schlechty, Cadyn Schlechty, Emma Schlechty, Paizley Graham, Piper Graham, Parks Graham, Alisha Hollinger, and Josh (Morgan) Hollinger; and countless extended family and friends.

Kasyn was preceded in death by his great grandparents, Glen Fourman, Daniel and Gloria Hollinger, Ralph and Geraldine Schlechty, and Dick and Peggy George.

Kasyn was a 2026 graduate of Tri-Village High School, where he participated in football, basketball, and track. He loved the outdoors and could often be found hunting, fishing, boating, competing in demolition derbies and enduro races, or helping on his family’s farm. Farming was a true passion of his, and he took great pride in the work he did. Kasyn also worked as a diesel mechanic for Turbo Snail in New Madison.

Above all, Kasyn loved his family and friends. He had a kind heart, an easy smile, and a way of making everyone feel welcome. Whether through a joke, a helping hand, or simply his presence, Kasyn brought joy to those around him and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

A celebration of Kasyn’s life will be held at 10:30, Monday, July 6, 2026, at Reverent Church, 1451 Sater Street, Greenville, Ohio 45331, with Rev. Eric Laux officiating. Burial will follow in Greenmound Cemetery.

Guests may visit with Kasyn’s family on Sunday, July 5, 2026, at Reverent Church from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
