Lester L. Livingston

Lester L. Livingston, 93, of New Weston, passed away Tuesday, November 11, 2014 at his residence.

He was born May 14, 1921 in Union City, Ohio, son of the late Ora and Elsie (Smith) Livingston. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Naomi (McKibben) Livingston whom died on April 30, 2004; son, Dennis Livingston; 2 brothers and 1 sister.

Lester was a farmer, member of the VFW and was a veteran of the US Navy.

He is survived by his sons, Allen Livingston, of West Palm Beach, FL and Rex (Sally) Livingston, of Gibraltar, MI; 8 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren; sisters, Florence (Jr.) Bateman of New Weston, Joanne (Eugene) Himes of IN; and a brother, Danny (Lois) Livingston, of Union City, OH.

Services will be held 12 PM, Monday, November 17 at the Oliver-Floyd Funeral Home in Greenville, OH with Lester's grandson, Pastor Darby Livingston officiating. Burial will follow in the Greenville Township Memorial Gardens. The family request that in lieu of flowersmemorials be given to the American Cancer Society.
