Linda Kay Batten, age 78, of Greenville, passed away on Monday, October 26, 2026 at Greenville Care Center in Greenville.
She was born on December 8, 1947 in Martinsburg, West Virginia to the late Max and Glenda (Orr) Lamp.
In addition to her parents, Linda is preceded in death by her husband, John Batten.
Those left to cherish Linda's memory include her son, Jeff Batten; grandson, Jonathan Batten; sister, Brenda Weitemier; and brother, Doug (Tammy) Lamp.
Linda was very loved and will be deeply missed by her family and all that knew her.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, October 29, 2026 from 10:00 AM-12:00 PM at Tribute Funeral Homes, Greenville.
A funeral service will be follow at 12:00 PM at the funeral home with Rev. Eric Fee officiating. Burial will follow at Greenville Union Cemetery.
