Mary Elizabeth Ferguson

Mary Elizabeth Ferguson, age 58, of Greenville, passed away on Tuesday, October 28, 2025 at Kettering Health.

She was born on December 27, 1966 in Wilmington, Ohio to Patricia Garrison.

In addition to her mother, Mary is survived by her loving husband, Rodney Ferguson; children, Elizabeth Baumgardner, Teague (Dara) Stump, and Jozie Macias; bonus children, Beth Kendrick and Corey Arnold; step children, Qiana Patterson, Andrew Ferguson, Rodney Ferguson Jr., and Lamar Ferguson; siblings, Rick (Deanna) Pierre, Janice Pierre, Valerie (Darwin) Leeper, and Patrick Flint Jr.; as well as many cousins,some as close as sisters, including Tina Powell, Cynthia Burns, and Kimberly Markle; grandchildren, Jozzlin Worley, Leilah Worley, Koleton Worley, Sylas Baumgardner, Roland Baumgardner, Isaiah Kendrick, Nevaeh Kendrick, Noah Kendrick, Vincent Kendrick, Malachai Katz-Arnold, Nakiah, William, Christopher, and Chrisdion.

Mary is preceded in death by her siblings, Yvonne Arnold, John Pierre, Jeanette Sutter and bonus child, Vincent Jenkinson.

Mary graduated from Mississinawa Valley High School. She worked many years at Freudenburg-NOK Sealing Technology in Troy, Ohio.

Mary cherished every moment spent with her loved ones, especially her devoted sisters and adoring grandchildren, who were the light of her life. Mary found joy in simple pleasures: cooking her favorite family recipes, trying her luck at the casino, and traveling to new places. She never missed a family cookout or gathering, where laughter and love always surrounded her. Mary loved bringing people together, and her spirit will continue to do so.
