Oakley K. Clemons

Oakley K. Clemons, age 2, of Union City, Indiana, passed away peacefully and entered into the gates of Heaven on Tuesday, May 7, 2024, surrounded by her family at home.

She was born on May 15, 2021, in Cincinnati, Ohio, to her mommy, Madison Clemons of Union City, Indiana, and her daddy, Brandon Hartman, of Union City, Ohio.

In addition to her parents, Oakley is survived by her sister, Kensley Clemons and her brother, Mikkel Hartman; her grandparents, Tammy Clemons of Union City, Indiana, and Dave (Michelle) Clemons of Muncie, Indiana; her great grandparents, Larry (Flora) Friend of Ridgeville, Indiana; her aunts and uncles, Kerstin (Morgan Rees) Brown, Megan (Stetson) Luster, Abigail Clemons, and Chad (Betsy) Clemons, all of Union City, Indiana; and her cousin, Dakota Lombardo.

Oakley was met in Heaven by her grandma, Cheri Davis and her great grandma, Katrina Friend.

Although Oakley’s life was short-lived here on earth, she embraced every moment of it. She loved all things loud. The louder it got; the happier Oakley became. She might have been small, but she was certainly mighty. She was the life of the party and enjoyed being the center of attention. Oakley enjoyed being outside, going swimming and jamming to music. Her smile was contagious, and her big blue eyes and her giggles will be missed.

A celebration of Oakley’s life will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, May 11, 2024, at Tribute Funeral Homes, Greenville Campus, with Pastor Wes Lynch officiating.

Guests may visit with her family on Friday, May 10, 2024, at the funeral home from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM.
