Oscar L. "Skedge" Miller, 93, of New York, NY passed away Monday, September 10 in New York. Graveside services will be held Tuesday, September 18 at 9 a.m. at the Abbottsville Cemetery with the Rev. Eric Knight officiating. There will be no public visitation.
