Patricia Jane Bowman

Patricia Jane Bowman, age 93, of Greenville, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday July 3, 2024, at Oakley Place in Greenville. She was born on June 16, 1931, in Greenville to the late Roscoe and Sarah (Martindale) Kreider. Patricia was preceded in death by her husband, Charles (Gene) Bowman whom she married in 1950.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Michael and Marsha Bowman of New Weston, OH, grandchildren Sadie Bowman (Ricky Coates) of Portland OR, Zane of St. Petersburg FL, Wyatt of Portland OR, great-grandson Archer of St. Petersburg FL, sister Marilyn Bradley of Greenville, and niece Sherri Rismiller of Palestine, OH.

Patricia was a retired hairdresser who owned her own shop in the 1960s and 70s. In her early years she was a professional dancer, in later years she enjoyed square dancing and camping.

She will be remembered by her many friends and neighbors who gathered on her porch to "cuss and discuss" the important issues of the day.
