Patricia K. Shook

Patricia K. Shook, 63, of Ansonia, passed away unexpectedly at her home, Tuesday July 1, 2008. She was born March 17, 1945 in Union City, Indiana, daughter of Sarah E. (Sarbray) Smith of Union City, OH and the late Vernon C. Smith. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her brother, William K. Smith. Patricia was a 1963 graduate of Mississiniwa High School and joined her husband in the operation of Shook Tool, Inc. as office manager for 27 years. She is survived by her husband, David Shook; 2 sons, Darren Shook and his wife, Cindy of Ansonia, Ryan Shook and friend Jennifer Harrison, both of Piqua; grandchildren, Danielle, Samantha, Matthew, and Camara Shook; sister, Sue Boyd of Union City, OH; and brother, Dale Smith & wife, Carmen of Union City, OH. Graveside services will be held Saturday, July 5, 2008, at 2:00 PM at Shook Cemetery, on Ross-Medford Rd. near Rossburg. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Oliver-Floyd Funeral Home, Greenville.
