Rosalie Antionette (Bonfiglio) Adams, age 86, of Greenville, Ohio, passed away on Friday, August 14, 2026, at the Village Green Rehab and Healthcare.

Rosie is survived by her children, Mike Adams of Greenville, Lisa (Joshua) Theard-Miller of Fairfield, and Jenni (Benjamin) Schlater of Greenville; her grandchildren, Zachary Keith Theard of Miamisburg, Ohio, Alexandria Barbay Theard of Oxford, Ohio, Trevor Adam (Alexis) Brumbaugh of Englewood, Ohio, and Nicklaus David Brumbaugh of Greenville; one great grandchild on the way; her 5 step grandchildren; her sister-in-law, Mary Bonfiglio of Greenville; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Rosie was a 1958 graduate of Lima Central High School. She attended Bowling Green University for several years before marrying the love of her life, Keith.

For more than 30 years, Rosie dedicated her life to teaching preschool children. She began her teaching career at EUM Christian Preschool and later taught at St. Mary’s Catholic School, where she retired in 2018. Children were everything to Rosie. Whether they were her own grandchildren or the many children she taught throughout the years, she cared deeply for each and every one of them. Rosie cherished spending time with her family and especially enjoyed going on dates with her husband, Keith. She loved a good game of euchre and was a fantastic cook who took great joy in bringing family and friends together around the table.

Above all, Rosie will be remembered for the love, kindness, and care she gave so freely to the people around her. Her family, her students, and all who knew her were blessed by her generous heart and the joy she brought into their lives.
