Sarah G. Miller-Hohlbein, 73, of Versailles, passed away Wednesday evening, September 30, 2008 at Hospice of Dayton. She was born in Troy, OH, daughter of the late Leonard and Arthella (Tucker) Walters. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband, Harold Miller and a grandson, Mark Miller. Sarah had driven bus for the Ansonia Schools for several years. She was a member of the St. Mary's Catholic Church in Greenville and the VFW Auxiliary also in Greenville. She is survived by her second husband, Oscar Hohlbein; children, Janet (Duane) Hough of Greenville, Jim (Debra) Miller of Ogdensburg, NY and Tim (Sharon) Miller of Ansonia; step children, James (Diane) Hohlbein of Cincinnati, OH, Greg (Jean) Hohlbein of Cloverdale, OH, Joseph (Donna) Hohlbein of Cloverdale, OH, Roger (Jo) Hohlbein of Indianapolis, IN, Diane (Steve) Niese of Swanton, OH and Jeanne (Dennis) Loomis of Delphos, OH; 4 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; 16 step grandchildren; 4 step great grandchildren; sisters, Norma Smetzer of Port Clinton, OH and Leona Sheets of Rossburg; and a brother, Jerry Walters of Oregon. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, October 4, at 11:30 a.m. at the St. Mary's Catholic Church in Greenville with the Rev. Fr. John White celebrating. Burial will follow in the St. John Cemetery near Greenville. The family will receive friends at the Oliver-Floyd Funeral Home in Greenville, OH on Friday from 5-9 p.m. with a prayer service being offered at 4:45 p.m. and again Saturday from 10:30 a.m. till 11:15 a.m. The family requests that memorial contributions be given to Hospice of Dayton.
