Thomas Clinton Price, age 79, of Greenville, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 12, 2026, at Spring Meadows in Woodstock, Ohio, surrounded by love.
He was born on November 1, 1946, in Columbus, Ohio, to the late Darrell and Estella (Blanch) Price.
In addition to his parents, Thomas was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Anita Gail (Kincaid) Price, whom he loved deeply; grandchildren, Casey Evans and Caden Smith; nephew, Shawn Kincaid; sisters-in-law, Melody Dean and Linda Smith; and brother-in-law, Dan Smith.
Those left to cherish and carry on Thomas's legacy include his sons, Thomas Price Jr., Danny Smith, and Joseph (Carrie Swink) Smith; his cherished grandchildren, Brandy Stastny, Landon Smith, Seth Smith, McKenzie Smith (Ben Chaney Jr.), Ljay Smith, Audysti Trittshuh, Cameron Smith, Cali Smith, Brooklyn Smith, Londyn Smith, and Berlyn Smith; sister-in-law, Marlena Leonard; along with many great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Thomas proudly served his country in the United States Navy, a commitment that reflected his sense of duty and strength of character. He spent many years working as a mailman and machinist, always providing for his family with dedication and humility. Thomas lovingly raised Caden and Ljay, and Ljay held an especially close place in his heart.
In his quieter moments, Thomas found joy in golfing, working on puzzles, and playing his guitar. Music was one of his greatest passions, and he proudly played guitar in a local band called Shock.
Above all else, Thomas was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend. His kindness, steady presence, and gentle spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew him. He will be deeply missed and forever loved.
