Toby L. Matthew

Toby L. Matthew, 65, of Ansonia, passed away early Wednesday morning, November 25, 2009 at Hospice of Dayton. He was born in Greenville, the son of the late Don and Marciel "Toni" (Toman) Matthew. Toby had worked as a self employed contractor, a Jailer at the Darke County Sheriff's Office and most recently was an associate at GTI in Greenville. He was a member of the Greenville Elk's Lodge. He is survived by his wife, Patricia (Kornacki) Matthew; his children, Terri (fiancee, Nick Flora) Hunt, Trudy Buchy and Todd (Cathy) Matthew all of Greenville; a step son, Benjamin Crosby of Ansonia; grandchildren, Reece, Laine, Kirstie, Sydney, Aaron, Jacob, Kelsie, Brian and Dustin; a sister, Trudy (Tony) Tutwiler of Greenville; nieces and nephews, Heather and husband Darren Voke and daughter Morgan, and Amy and Derek Tutwiler. Private services will be held at a later date. Services have been entrusted with the Oliver-Floyd Funeral Home in Greenville.
