Toni S. Woodyard

Toni Sue Woodyard, age 71, of Piqua, passed away on Wednesday, May 20,2026 at her home.

She was born on December 25,1954 in Union City, IN to the late Charles Woodyard and Phyllis Roscoe (Oswalt).

In addition to her parents, Toni is preceded in death by her siblings, Sharon Prosyk and Vernon Woodyard.

She is survived by her loving children, Crystal Woodyard and Jason Woodyard; siblings, Larry Monroe and Kenneth Monroe; grandchildren, Khelsea (Shawn Butler) Woodyard, Jarrid (Fannie Reyes) Stacy, Blake Abernathy, and Marilyn Woodyard; three great grandchildren, JR Butler, Kaizleigh Butler, and Prentice Abernathy; and her nurse, Emilee.

Toni was a woman with a big personality, a strong spirit, and a heart full of love for her family. She found her greatest joy in music, laughter, and time spent with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Whether sharing stories, making memories, or simply being together, those moments meant everything to her.
