EasySwitch: Transfer Your Prearranged Plan to Tribute (at no cost to you)


Already have a prearrangement with another funeral home? You can transfer your plan to Tribute Funeral Homes—simply and at no cost to you. Most plans are fully portable. We handle the details so your wishes are honored locally.


How it works (3 simple steps):

1. Contact us — Call or text 937-548-1133 or start the form below.

2. We do the paperwork — With your permission, we coordinate the transfer of your existing pre‑need plan/funding.

3. Confirm your wishes — We review everything with you, note any updates, and place your plan on file at Tribute.


What transfers? In most cases, your existing pre‑need funds and selected merchandise/services transfer directly. If something can’t transfer exactly as written, we’ll clearly explain your options and honor your costs whenever possible.


There’s no penalty or fee from Tribute to transfer your plan. We’ll guide you through any policy specifics from your current provider so you can make an informed decision.
